Shipping Policies

• Orders are shipped from our facility, and usually take 8-14 days business to arrive in the USA/Europe (from the moment the package was shipped)
• We do not process prescription orders on Saturday or Sunday
• Please allow 48 hours for processing before the order ships (weekends excluded)
• Shipping durations are based on week days (Monday through Friday).
• If extra identification is required to process you order, please calculate arrival time starting 24 hours after the information was successfully received by our billing department
• If the billing information or the shipping addresses is incomplete, calculate arrival time starting 24 hours from the time the correct information was received by our billing department
• If the address provided is wrong, shipping charges will have to be paid again. Please make sure to type the correct billing and shipping address during checkout
• Orders with more than 150-180 pills will be sent in 2 different shipments which may not arrive on the same day

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that you enter a valid shipping address in your order form. We recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us immediately so that we can process the correction .
